Founder
Brad Trimble has spent his career helping organizations make smarter decisions with data and technology. As the founder of AI Advisors, he brings that same focus to small and mid-size businesses — helping them cut through the noise around artificial intelligence, find where it genuinely creates value, and build the skills and confidence to put it to work.
His background spans two distinct worlds: research, data, and education on one side; finance, business intelligence, real estate, and construction on the other. That combination gives him a perspective most consultants don't have — he's equally comfortable making the business case for a new tool and explaining how it actually works. Over the course of his career, he has designed and led training programs for thousands of professionals, guided large-scale change initiatives across dozens of organizations, and advised leaders at every level on how to use data to drive better outcomes.
Before transitioning into research and strategy work, Brad spent years on the business side — as a commercial insurance specialist serving contractors and service businesses, and as the owner of a landscape construction company. He knows firsthand what it means to manage a crew, navigate the unpredictability of project work, and make decisions with limited time and resources. That grounding shapes how he approaches every engagement.
What sets Brad apart is his ability to meet people where they are. He has spent years working with skeptics — people who were uncertain about new technology — and helping them move from hesitation to real capability. He doesn't sell solutions. He builds partnerships.
